A gaming society dedicated to playing games of all types. We play mostly American and German style board and card games but do play role-playing games, war games, online games, and collectible card games as well. The society based in Plattsburgh serves the Clinton County region of New York State. We welcome players of any age and ability! We love to teach games to new players!

We are currently accepting a $1 per player donation at every meeting.  We use these donations to fund charitable contributions to causes, game purchases, and other game-related fun!

After a few hours of being offline (hey I gotta sleep too ya know) we're back up and running. I've updated the site's software Drupal to the most recent security update.  I updated ALL the modules that needed it as well. Everything appears to be functional! If you see any problems let me know. As the day progresses today I'll be adding some of the wishlist features that folks have mentioned.  Thanks for your patience!

Gnome World Now at 1.8

Here's the scoop. GnomeWorld, NGGS' Minecraft server has moved to version 1.8.  This means the existing map is now 1.8 as well.  I've also started a new map on the same server available for players to get started in a fresh clean new world. So, to keep things straight let's rename them and here's how to connect to them:

  • Primus, "The Old World", is at windrant.dyndns.org:25565
  • Secondus, "The New World", is a windrant.dyndns.org:25566

Mumble is running as our chat software at windrant.dyndns.org:64738.

As usual this is a whitelist server so you need to let me know your playername and I'll make sure that you can connect.  Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions!

OK! The Gnome Minecraft server is up and running!  It's located at windrant.dyndns.org.  In order to play you'll need an account and be a paid player. Sorry! Once that's set email me your Minecraft name and I'll whitelist you on GnomeWorld.  Email me if you have any questions! Enjoy!
